About Lark

Lark (checklark.com) is software for PR agencies that finds speaking opportunities for their clients. It tracks each conference's call for speakers, its submission deadline and the way to pitch it. Teams then build a shortlist and a pitch pipeline for every speaker they represent. Lark is made by Check Lark, Inc.

    What Lark does

    • Search events by pitch path, call for papers (CFP) status, deadline, industry and country. Each listing shows source-backed details and the date it was last verified.
    • Build a shortlist for each client, add notes and track each event from shortlist to acceptance. Lists are shared across your team and export to CSV.
    • Get alerts when new events match a speaker, when a CFP opens or closes, when an event's details change and before pitch deadlines – by email or Slack.
    • Generate an Event Intelligence report for any event: its reputation, audience, competitive landscape and fit for your client, plus a recommendation to shape the pitch.

    Who Lark is for

Lark is built for PR agencies and the account teams who pitch their clients as conference speakers. It replaces the spreadsheets and email threads most agencies use to find, vet and track speaking opportunities.

Plans are priced by seat, with monthly or annual billing. Every plan includes full access to Lark.

    How it works

Add a client, then add a speaker. Lark researches the speaker, builds a targeting profile and ranks the events worth pitching.

Each event has a pitch path that says how a speaker gets on stage: Open CFP (submit a proposal), Outreach (pitch the program directly) or Sponsored (the slot comes with a sponsorship package).

Kite, the assistant inside Lark, takes a plain-English request, searches the catalog and explains its reasoning.

Lark also connects to Claude and ChatGPT as a custom connector (an MCP server). From a chat you can search events, read your clients and speakers and save events to a pipeline. The connector only sees what your Lark account can already see. Setup steps are in the docs.
